Child-centred residential care is a collaborative process involving:

Social workers
Health team including GPs, psychiatrists and other clinicians
Our dedicated team of therapists and key workers
And of course, the young people themselves – who are central to everything we do.

We ensure each individual young person who accesses our services is a resident, receives a fully tailored programme of support. To deliver this, we carefully:

We offer a bespoke, highly personalised service. Our therapists and key workers are highly trained with considerable expertise to work alongside young people with complex emotional and social needs.

At Almond Care Children’s Services, we identify the therapeutic and education services required to meet each young person’s emotional, behavioural, social and educational needs.

Our aim is to enable each young person to achieve his or her full potential and we will also work with them to help identify future educational and careers goals.
