We are expanding with the opening of new services, and we have some exciting opportunities available across Almond Care Children’s Services. We are looking for passionate forward thinking Team Leaders that share a passion for supporting young people and developing others.

As a Team Leader, you will lead a small team within the home to deliver the best possible care to children. You will identify areas for continuous improvement and adopt a therapeutic approach to care, leading by example. You will champion quality and lead by example to ensure that the home develops and maintains high quality of care,

The ideal candidates will be close to achieving or qualified to QCF Level 3 or above for Children and Young People

You will integrate as part of the rota, undertaking shifts and sleep-ins as required and will help to organise the rota and tasks for your team. The role is a great development opportunity with lots of new skills to learn and a chance to really make a difference to the children in our care.

Our ideal candidate will be a flexible and compassionate individual, looking for a career in care and able to demonstrate a passion for the role. Previous care experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.

  • Completive pay Starting at £28,353 – £30,433 inclusive of 5 sleeps per month additional sleeps paid at £73.89 and overtime paid at hourly rate.
  • 224 hours annual leave (Inclusive of Bank Holiday)
